Pellicle Magazine – Books for Cooks

I was commissioned by Pellicle Magazine in June 2021 to write a feature on the ‘best smelling shop in the world’, aka Books for Cooks – a bookshop in Notting Hill which has its very own test kitchen. I met with the co-owner Eric Treuille to discuss the shop’s history, the logistics behind the operation and how it’s been faring during the pandemic.
